Our Quality Auditing Services
The Quality Audit is one of the most valuable tools an organization has to drive continual improvement and maintain the gains made from previous efforts. Well-trained system quality auditors obtain evidence of how well the system helps employees do good work. Our quality auditors involve auditees in the audit process and together reach a conclusion as to whether system or process improvement is required.
Taking the Fear Out of Going Through a Quality Audit
Despite the important benefits of auditing, many organizations fear and misunderstand audit and quality auditors. Audit is expensive for any organization. Aside from the fees paid to the auditor, the greatest expenses arise from the time devoted by auditees to participate in the assessment. In addition, companies may fear adverse reactions to nonconformities, and may have had negative experiences with prior auditors. Consequently, many organizations see little value from audit but do it anyway because they feel they have to. It does not have to be this way!
System Nonconformities In ISO Certification Audits
Quality Management International creates a positive experience, and value for the companies we audit.
Our approach: Systems are designed to naturally meet the requirements of standards. Using this systems approach, our clients add value faster for their stakeholders, measured by bottom-line performance. Their systems are self-improving - ready for driving continual process and system improvement using tools such as lean and six sigma (as in lean manufacturing, lean administration and lean service).
We ensure our quality auditors follow four simple rules:
- Audits benefit the audit client and the auditee – creating opportunities to strengthen the system and make better decisions based on facts.
- Audits focus on process and system effectiveness with respect to agreed objectives.
- Audits use the Process Approach to fulfill the audit objective(s).
- Audits completely, correctly and clearly define conclusions by stating the requirement, evidence, nature and value of each nonconformity.
